Solvent-based adhesives are one of the largest classes of adhesives. These adhesives are mixtures of solvents and thermoplastic or slightly crosslinked polymers. They may have significant amounts of VOC.
Solvent-based adhesives can be applied by roller, brush and spray either manually or automatically. They are available with a variety of drying and bonding times to match the application method and assembly process. These adhesives typically gain bond strength when dried and, in some cases when cured. Usually they are less sensitive than other types of adhesives to contaminates like grease and oil on the substrate to be bonded.

General Purpose: Suitable for lamination of PET/mPET BOPP/mBOPPP, CPP, mCPP, Foil and PE films with thickness of up to 130 mic for packaging of non-aggressive products.
Medium Performance: Recommended for lamination of PET/mPET, BOPP/mBOPP, CPP, mCPP, Foil, Nylon and PE films with high heat and chemical resistance and aggressive end use applications.
General Purpose Adhesive This is a general purpose adhesive which is ideal for lamination. It can be used for high speed metallized films & polyethylene films up to 75-80µ. The industries where these applications can be used are snack food, noodles, etc.
Medium Performance Adhesive This is a medium performance adhesive ideal for lamination. It is suited for high speed application for metallized films & polyethylene films up to 140µ. This can be used in industries such as Snack food, Milk Powder, Wheat Flour, Noodles, Detergent, Spices, Oil, Soap Wrappers, Stand up Pouches, Frozen Foods, Thermoformed chocolates like Kinder Joy, 5Kg / 10 Kg Atta Pouches etc.
High Performance AdhesiveThis is a high solid type polyester and high-performance adhesive for lamination. It has excellent chemical resistance & heat resistance. It is mostly used to produce aggressive contents like Ketch up and Retorts etc. The Adhesive & Hardener combination can be selected depending upon the structure & end use application. It is best suited for high speed application for metallized films & polyethylene films up to 150µ. The industries where it can be used are Foil structures for retort, Aggressive fillings like perfumed oils, Foil structures for hot-fill, aggressive filling like hair Dyes etc.
Water-based adhesives are made from a combination of water, polymers and additives. These adhesives cure when the water evaporates. Water-based adhesives are ideal for porous or non-porous substrates, are environmentally friendly and safe to use in your work environment.
These are suitable for paper lamination to various films and foil. Our adhesives are ready to use with low foaming, good heat resistance, fast setting and immediate slitting.
